Wasabi Ginger Flank Steak
marinate a 1/2 pound flank steak in 1/2 Cup of Stonewall Kitchen Wasabi Ginger Sauce in the refrigerator for eight hours or overnight. Grill steak, cool and slice thinly. Combine steak with 1 sliced red bell pepper, 1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts, 1/4 cup chopped scallions and 1/2 cup wasabi ginger sauce. Generously salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently and serve over baby spinach. Makes 4 servings.
