Shipping
We use FedEx Ground to ship our products to the USA and Canada. In most cases this is the least expensive method for shipment. We may choose to ship via USPS if it will help speed up or reduce the cost of shipping the item to you. We are not responsible for fees charged to you by your receiving country.
All International orders will be shipped using USPS. All international and APO, P.O. Box, etc. will ship within 7 to 10 days.
Customer Information
The information that we acquire to process your order will remain in our records department for the sole purpose of servicing you as our customer. Your information will never be sold or given to anyone.
Return policy
Here at SauceStore.com, we are sure that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will give you a refund or store credit. Just return the unused, unopened product to us within 15 days of purchase. The Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless we have shipped the wrong item to you. It is necessary that you contact our Customer Care department ( CustomerCare@SauceStore.com ) for an RMA number first. If your items arrive broken, please let us know as soon as possible. All shipments are insured.
Inventory
Most of our items are in stock and will ship within 24 to 48 hours. International and USPS Orders will ship within 7-10 days. Due to the volume of orders and our large inventory, in rare cases, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
