Denzel's Kamikaze Gourmet Hot Sauce (5 FL.OZ. / 150 ml): Jim, a friend of mine that owns a resturant called Tastebuds, asked me to make an Asian type sauce for him. He gave me some ginger, and I added a little sesame oil to a habanero mash, and WOW did it taste good. Blake was toying with the idea of a oriental label and basically had it finished before I even started making the sauce, so everything came together quite quickly. Like you'd expect, it's real great in stirfrys. It's intense flavours help us to win 3rd place two years in a row in the international food competition held in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Ingredients: Vinegar, Onions, Habanero Peppers, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Sesame Oil.
